I see tragedy and hope in to elderly women walking through a flooded street while an army tank, full of soldiers, is on their way to rescue them.
She sees what is actually going on.
Disaster.
A tragedy has occured, bring hard, sad times.
This picture represents tragedy, but not exactly how the people are dealing with it, or any hope of salvation.
